Which months
A report covers one calendar month in UTC. The month must be closed: the current month never appears, so a partial month never looks like a full one. The picker offers every closed month with at least one analysed answer, the last one first. A first month can be partial. Its coverage line then states the day the measurement started. Before the first month closes, the page shows a sample. The sample is a fictional brand with synthetic figures, and it names no date. What the report shows
- Header. The agency’s logo and name, the brand, its domain, the month and the market.
- Note. The agency’s own text for the month.
- Coverage. The measured days, the analysed answers and the platforms, and the date of the read.
- Tiles. Visibility, share of voice, sentiment and recommendation, each with its change against the month before.
- Daily visibility. This brand and its closest competitors, day by day.
- Competitors. Every monitored brand, this month and the change.
- Platforms. How often each platform names this brand. A platform with no answer this month says “Not measured this month”, never 0%.
- Sources. The domains the answers cite most, and whether this brand’s own site is among them.
The change against the month before
A tile shows a change only when the month before holds enough measured days. Otherwise the coverage line says that the report shows no change. With a market picked, the days of that market count. The page reads the figures when it opens
The report stores nothing but the note. The report reads the stored answers each time it opens, with the competitors tracked that day. A competitor added later changes the figures of an old month. The coverage line states the date of the read, and a PDF keeps the figures of the day somebody printed it.Branding and the note
- The name and the logo belong to the organization, so every colleague prints the same header. An admin sets them on the report page or under Settings, Organization. A member sees them and cannot change them.
- The name is the organization’s name until an admin sets another one. An empty name prints the organization’s name again.
- The logo is a PNG, JPEG or WebP file. Until an admin adds a logo, the header shows the FullReach AI wordmark. After that, the report shows no FullReach AI mark.
- The choice of sections stays in the browser that made it, for every brand of the organization.
- The note is one text per brand and month. Every member of the organization can write it, and every member sees it. The page states who saved it last.
